Job Description:
The Bank of Punjab (BOP), one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing and most reputable banks with over 900+ online branches nationwide, is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Product Manager – Debit Cards in its Digital Banking Group (Cards & Payments Division) based in Lahore.
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the development, enhancement, and management of debit card products. The selected candidate will collaborate with IT, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of debit card initiatives and alignment with customer needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance debit card products in line with market trends.

Coordinate with internal teams for product implementation and innovation.

Prepare BRDs and collaborate with IT for new features and modifications.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth product launches.

Perform market research to analyze customer preferences and industry trends.

Track KPIs related to debit card usage, satisfaction, and performance.

Monitor financial outcomes, product metrics, and prepare reports for management.

Ensure debit card compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with debit card operations.
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience in product management or card operations.
