Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Marketing, Business, IT, Accounting, Economics, etc.) from an HEC-recognized university.
For foreign degrees, an HEC equivalency certificate is mandatory.
Relevant banking experience required for senior positions.
