📋 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned business targets across SME and commercial financing segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify business opportunities for funded and non-funded banking products.
• Provide financial advisory services and structured financing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.
• Manage credit proposals, risk assessments, and loan processing.
• Monitor customer portfolios and ensure timely recovery of installments.
• Cross-sell banking products including deposits and cash management solutions.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure audit compliance.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (HEC recognized local/foreign university)
• Preference will be given to Master’s Degree holders

Experience:

• 4 to 7 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience

Age Limit:

• Maximum 55 years (as of April 08, 2026)
