Product Officer Debit Cards – Digital Banking Group / Cards & Payments Division

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
The Product Officer (Debit Cards) will be responsible for managing and enhancing debit card products and processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. The role will include the following key responsibilities:
Document workflows, user journeys, and operating procedures for debit cards.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) in coordination with IT and technology teams.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring smooth validation and release of product changes.
Track and analyze KPIs for debit card products (issuance volumes, usage rates, transaction volumes, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Generate and present regular performance reports for management, highlighting key insights and areas for product optimization.
Gather and analyze customer and branch feedback to identify issues and areas of improvement.
Conduct market research to understand competitor debit card products, pricing, and promotional trends.
Stay updated with regulatory changes and technology trends relevant to debit cards.
Collaborate with risk, compliance, marketing, and finance teams to ensure consistent and compliant operations.
Assist in product training sessions for front-line teams regarding new features and updates.
Ensure compliance with all banking and regulatory policies related to debit cards.
Participate in internal risk assessments and audits to mitigate fraud or vendor risks.
Handle customer complaints or dispute resolutions relating to debit card transactions.
Continuously work on process efficiency and cost-optimization strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience (preferably in cards or digital payments).
Fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in digital banking are also encouraged to apply.
