The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Government of Pakistan, has announced new Junior Executive (Trainee) Jobs 2025 across various districts including Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Lodhran, Rahim Yar Khan, and others. Eligible candidates possessing Intermediate or equivalent qualifications are invited to apply.

Applicants must bring original documents, CNIC, domicile, and experience certificates to the walk-in test/interview. These are contract-based positions with the possibility of extension based on performance. Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.

Position: Junior Executive (Trainee)
Qualification: Intermediate or Equivalent
Experience: Preferably 1 year in data entry or relevant field
Age Limit: 35 years (Relaxation as per government policy)
Location: Bahawalpur, Lodhran, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalnagar, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Khanewal, Vehari, D.G. Khan, Rajanpur, Layyah, and others

Job Responsibilities

  • Performing data entry operations with accuracy and speed.

  • Assisting in citizen registration and verification processes.

  • Managing CNIC and related documentation tasks.

  • Providing excellent customer service to applicants.

  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling personal data.

  • Supporting the regional NADRA office in administrative tasks.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Equivalent.

  • Preference given to candidates with data entry experience.

  • Candidates must bring original educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and experience documents at the time of the interview.

  • Applicants from respective districts will be given preference.

  • No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.


Selection Process

  • Walk-in Test and Interview (No online application required).

  • Applicants should appear at the designated NADRA Regional Office on the announced date and time.

  • Selection will be based on merit, district quota, and performance during the test/interview.


Important Instructions

  1. Each candidate must apply only for their respective district.

  2. All documents must be original and verified at the time of interview.

  3. Employees of government/semi-government departments must present NOC from their current employer.

  4. Selected candidates will be placed on a contract basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
