Available Positions and Details

Manager Contract – Karachi

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee contract administration, procurement, and vendor agreements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

• Negotiate and draft contractual terms, mitigating project risks.

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project management teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Contract Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in contract administration in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Karachi

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.

• Conduct cost analysis and manage project budgets.

• Evaluate and verify contractor payments.

• Support project planning and cost control functions.

Requirements:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.

• 7+ years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Assistant Manager Cost Controller – Karachi

Responsibilities:

• Monitor financial performance and budget adherence.

• Prepare cost control reports and financial projections.

• Support planning teams with accurate cost data for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in ERP and MS Excel preferred.

Planning Engineer – Karachi

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.

• Coordinate with site and design teams to ensure timely project completion.

• Identify delays and propose corrective actions.

Requirements:

• BSc Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

• 5+ years of planning and scheduling experience.

• Expertise in Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.

Senior Human Resource Officer – Karachi

Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional cooking experience.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent education.
