The Government of the Punjab Forest Department has announced a Recruitment Advertisement Notice for eligible candidates having domicile of Punjab Province. Applications are invited for appointment on a contract basis under the Development Scheme titled "Digital Enumeration of Linear Plantations in Punjab (2025–26)". Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold domicile of Punjab Province.
Must meet the required qualification and experience for the applied post.
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of Punjab rules.
Government employees must obtain NOC from their Competent Authority through the proper channel before applying.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Education: HSSC (2nd Division)
Additional Requirement: One-year diploma in Surveying OR DAE (Civil) from a recognized institute.

Age Limit

General Age Limit: 20 to 25 Years
Age Relaxation for Males: +05 years in upper age limit
Age Relaxation for Females: +08 years in upper age limit
Age relaxation is as per Government of Punjab S&GAD Notification No. SOR-I(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08.08.2016.

Important Instructions

Recruitment will be made purely on merit and in accordance with the prevailing Government Policy.
All posts are project-based and contract appointments for two (02) years or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
Incomplete applications or those received after the due date shall not be entertained.
The name of the post for which the candidate is willing to apply should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
Government employees can apply after obtaining NOC from their Competent Authority and must present it at the time of interview (if called).
The date of interview will be communicated via email or contact number after shortlisting.
Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview.
The Department is authorized to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
Selected candidates shall have no claim for regular appointment in the department.
