Position 1 — Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification & Professional Membership
This is the most senior financial leadership role within PTC, and accordingly demands an exceptional combination of professional credentials and executive experience. Candidates must be a member of one of the following recognized professional accounting bodies:
Alternatively, candidates holding a Master's degree in Finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan may also be considered.
Experience Required A minimum of 12 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, taxation, accounting matters, and internal audit is required. This must include at least 5 years of experience at Chief/General Manager or Senior Management level, preferably within the public sector.
Age Limit: Not more than 55 years
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the Punjab Transport Company, including financial planning and forecasting, tax compliance, internal controls, audit management, and reporting to the Board and government stakeholders. This role requires a visionary financial leader capable of steering a public-sector enterprise with transparency, accountability, and strategic foresight.
Position 2 — Company Secretary

Qualification
Candidates must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR a member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries. Alternatively, a person holding a Master's degree in Business Administration or Commerce, or a Law Graduate, may also be considered for this position.
Experience Required A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have at least 5 years of experience in the public sector.
Age Limit: Not more than 50 years
The Company Secretary will serve as the principal governance officer of PTC, ensuring the organization's compliance with all corporate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements. Responsibilities include organizing and minuting Board meetings, maintaining official corporate records, liaising with government and regulatory bodies, and ensuring adherence to the company's constitutional documents. This is a highly sensitive and legally significant role requiring complete discretion, sound legal knowledge, and superior organizational skills.
Position 3 — Manager Internal Audit

Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:
Experience Required A minimum of 08 years of experience in matters related to internal audit, internal controls, and risk assessment is required. At least 3 years of this experience must be in the public sector.
Age Limit: Not more than 45 years
The Manager Internal Audit will lead PTC's internal audit function, developing and executing comprehensive audit plans, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems, identifying financial and operational risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures. This role requires an analytical, independent, and detail-oriented professional who can deliver objective audit findings and actionable recommendations to senior management and the Board.
Position 4 — Manager Contract

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
Experience Required A minimum of 08 years of relevant work experience in matters related to contract management is essential, with at least 3 years in the public sector preferred.

The Manager Contract will oversee all contractual matters of the Punjab Transport Company, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with vendors, service providers, and government entities. The role demands thorough knowledge of PPRA (Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority) rules, contract law, procurement procedures, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance in all contractual dealings of the organization will be a primary responsibility of this officer.
Position 5 — Manager Administration

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in one of the following fields:
Experience Required A minimum of 08 years of relevant work experience in office administration, HR, and financial management is required. At least 3 years in the public sector is preferred.
Age Limit: Not more than 45 years
The Manager Administration will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative, HR, and logistical operations of PTC. This includes managing office systems and records, coordinating human resource functions, supervising general services, overseeing fleet and facility management, and ensuring operational continuity across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, and experienced administrator who can manage multiple functions simultaneously while maintaining compliance with government service rules.
Position 6 — Internal Audit Officer

Applicants must hold a Master's degree in one of the following fields:
Experience Required A minimum of 02 years of relevant work experience in internal audit, internal controls, risk assessment, and fiduciary control is required.
Age Limit: Not more than 40 years
The Internal Audit Officer will support the Manager Internal Audit in executing the annual internal audit plan, conducting financial and compliance audits, documenting audit findings, and preparing detailed audit reports. The officer will also assist in monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and maintaining audit working papers and evidence files. Position 7 — Electrical Officer

Candidates must hold a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience Required At least 02 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

The Electrical Officer will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and supervision of all electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure within PTC's operational facilities. Duties include conducting regular electrical inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with contractors for electrical works, preparing technical reports, and ensuring uninterrupted electrical operations across all PTC facilities. Candidates with experience in public-sector infrastructure or transport-related electrical systems will be given preference.

Application Processing Fee Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable Application Processing Fee of Rs. 800/- on or before the closing date. Payment must be made through bank deposit slip at Bank of Punjab, Account No. 6580003250800016 (Punjab Transport Company). The scanned copy of the paid challan must be uploaded with the online job application on the Punjab Job Portal. Applications submitted without the processing fee or fee submitted through Postal Order, Bank Draft, or online transfer will not be considered or accepted.
Experience Conditions Experience as part-time, honorary, self-employed, or as an apprentice or intern will NOT be considered or counted as qualifying experience. Only full-time, documented, and verifiable professional experience will be accepted.
Government Employees Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the competent or appointing authority at the time of interview. The date of the candidate's appointment and nature of job must be clearly reflected in the NOC.
Original Documents at Interview Candidates invited for interview will be required to bring their original documents, including educational certificates, transcripts, experience letters, paid challan form, driving license against the relevant post, and any other relevant document at the time of interview.
HEC Verification Candidates passing the interview will be required to submit copies of their degrees or certificates duly verified by HEC. In case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate issued by HEC must also be submitted, along with a fresh police character verification certificate and a medical fitness certificate issued by a district hospital.
Multiple Posts Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post must apply separately and pay a separate processing fee for each post.
Quotas Government-approved quotas, where applicable, will be observed subject to the fulfillment of applicable terms and conditions by the candidate.
