Applications from suitable qualified candidates as a Tehsil Monitor, purely on a daily wage basis for approximately 180 working days, are invited as per the following eligibility criteria: -
1) At least 2nd class MA/MSc./BS/BS (Hnrs.) or equivalent (16 years of education) in any subject, preferably in Statistics / Economics / Sociology / Social Work / Gender Studies.
2) Proficiency in the use of IT equipment (computers / Tablets).
3) Candidates with experience in any tablet-based survey will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Note:-
i) About 05% additional workforce will also be called for training, while for fieldwork final selection of Tehsil Monitor will be performance-based, during the training session.
ii) The number of days of fieldwork may increase or decrease depending upon the workload.
iii) Selection will be made on Domicile/Merit based, and shall be purely temporary and on daily wage basis and there will be no right of being permanent whatsoever.
iv) Final decision of the Authority shall not be challenged at any court/ forum.
v) Authority may terminate the contract of any candidate at any stage without any reason.
vi) The original documents, with attested copies testimonials, will be mandatory at the time of interview.
vii) Selected/Shortlisted candidates will be informed through Email/SMS for interview and the training.
viii) Selected candidates shall be deployed in any tehsil of the respected District.
ix) Candidates who get training and intentionally do not join field work (when needed), shall not be paid any remuneration of training session at all.
x) Minimum age required is 21 years.
xi) NOC is compulsory for the government employees.
xii) Successful candidates shall sign an agreement with BoS on e-stamp paper to complete the assigned task without withdrawal or abandonment until its successful completion.
xiii) Every successful candidate must submit the e-stamp paper, issue in their name, of rupees 300/- on the first day of training.
xiv) Absence/ poor performance shall lead to termination of contract.
xv) During the course of this purely temporary assignment, Department shall not be liable to pay any health/ risk insurance to health/ life of any candidate.
xvi) Last date for submission of the online application is Monday, 11 August 2025.
xvii) Only online applications submitted through the Punjab Job Portal will be acceptable.
xviii) The applications of those Tehsil Monitors whose services have been terminated on any ground from PSER Survey will not be considered.
xix) No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
