The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional for the position of Unit Head Product – Payments in its Digital Banking Group (Transaction Banking Department), based in Lahore.

This role involves developing, maintaining, and executing payment products while collaborating with IT Development, QA, ADC, and Security teams. The successful candidate will lead product rollouts, manage transaction banking operations, and ensure compliance with BOP, SBP, and audit standards.

Key responsibilities include preparing BRD/CRF for clients, maintaining UAT and QA status updates, ensuring alignment of developed products with regulatory frameworks, and handling audit-related queries. The candidate will also participate in the bank’s business strategy, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in digital transaction banking.

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.

Experience:
At least 8 years of banking experience, including 5 years in relevant fields such as digital or transaction banking.

Up to 55 years as of November 15, 2025.
