About the Announcement

WCLA is currently undertaking conservation and heritage preservation projects in Lahore and other cities across Punjab. A Conservation Wing has been established and new posts are being offered on a work-charge, one-year contractual basis. Applications are invited from eligible Male/Female candidates who are Punjab domicile holders.

📋 AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. Graduate Engineer (Civil)

Posts: 04
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Salary: Rs. 115,832/- (Lump Sum)
Qualification: Graduate degree from a reputable institution in Civil Engineering with 1.5 years of relevant experience. Degree must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Skills Required: Knowledge of latest Engineering codes of practice, computer software including Primavera, Pert Master, Revit, etc. Preference given to candidates with higher qualifications and relevant experience.

2. Graduate Architect / Architecture Engineer

Posts: 02
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Salary: Rs. 115,832/- (Lump Sum)
Qualification: Architecture degree with 1.5 years of relevant experience. Must be registered with the Council of Architects & Town Planning (PCATP).
Skills Required: Proficiency in 2D/3D design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop.

3. Sub-Engineer (Civil)

Posts: 03
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Salary: Rs. 61,086/- (Lump Sum)
Qualification: 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering in Civil Technology from a recognized Technical Institute & Punjab Technical Board with 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills Required: Knowledge of Engineering codes of practice, site supervision, BOQ, AutoCAD, and Project Planning.

4. Sub-Engineer (Electrical)

Posts: 02
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Salary: Rs. 61,086/- (Lump Sum)
Qualification: 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical Technology from a recognized Technical Institute & Punjab Technical Board with 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills Required: Knowledge of Engineering codes of practice, site supervision, BOQ, AutoCAD, and Project Planning.

5. Junior Computer Operator

Posts: 01
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Salary: Rs. 54,164/- (Lump Sum)
Qualification: Intermediate (ICS) Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills Required: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic knowledge of data entry, computer operations, and 40 WPM typing speed.

6. Quantity Surveyor

Posts: 02
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Salary: Rs. 61,086/- (Lump Sum)
Qualification: 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering in Civil Technology from a recognized Technical Institute & Punjab Technical Board with 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills Required: Knowledge of Engineering codes of practice, site supervision, BOQ, rate analysis, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Project Planning.

7. Assistant Photographer / Videographer

Posts: 01
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Salary: Rs. 43,108/- (Lump Sum)
Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent with minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Preferred diploma/degree in Photography, Videography, Film Production, Media Studies, or Visual Communication.
Skills Required: Basic knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, familiarity with photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro), understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and post-production.

📌 APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Applications for all posts (Sr. No. 1–7) must be submitted through the Punjab Job Portal
The contract appointment is temporary, non-transferable, non-pensionable, and job/post specific — no right to regularization. Initial contract is for 1 year, extendable or reducible by competent authority.
Salary is offered on a lump-sum basis (inclusive of all allowances) with annual increment as per Government of Punjab notification.
NOC is required for government servants at the time of job application submission.
Incomplete applications will be rejected. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview via call/email.
No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
WCLA reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel any advertised post.
