About the Organization

The National Police Foundation (NPF) is inviting applications from highly qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for appointments in the Infrastructure Development and Architecture Directorate (IDAD) - PMU of NPF.

NPF headquarters is located at Mauve Area, Sector G-10/4, Islamabad, and the organization oversees infrastructure development, project management, and architecture initiatives on a contract basis.

Eligibility Criteria

Each position has specific qualification, experience, and age requirements. Degrees/Certificates must be from HEC-recognized Universities/Institutes, and registration with PEC/PCATP/Bar Council (where applicable) is mandatory.

Education Requirements

• General Manager (Construction): BE/BSc Civil Engineering with PEC registration, preferably Master's in Construction Management or Project Management
• Manager-Design: Bachelor of Architecture (05 Years) with valid PCATP registration, Master's in Project Management preferred
• Manager-Engineering Works: BSc Civil Engineering with PE registration, Master's in Project/Construction Management preferred
• Manager-Finance: MBA (Finance)/ACMA/CA (Finalist) or equivalent
• Manager-Contracts & Procurement: BSc Civil Engineering with valid PEC registration
• Assistant Manager Design: Bachelor of Architecture (05 Years) with valid PCATP registration
• Assistant Manager Engineering Works: BSc Civil Engineering with valid PEC registration
• Visual Artist: DAE (Civil) from a recognized institution
• Sub Engineer (Civil): Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil Engineering)
• Assistant Finance: BS Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• Assistant Contracts & Procurement: BSc Civil Engineering/Commerce/Supply Chain or related field
• Surveyor: Diploma/Certificate in Surveying
• CAD Operator: DAE (Civil) with AutoCAD proficiency
• Site Supervisor: Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Draftsman: Diploma/Certificate in Draftsmanship with AutoCAD

Experience Requirements

• General Manager (Construction): Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in construction and project management
• Manager-Design: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in infrastructure/housing design
• Manager-Engineering Works: Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Manager-Finance: Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, or audit
• Manager-Contracts & Procurement: Minimum 10 years relevant experience in contracts, procurement, or supply chain
• Assistant Manager Design: Minimum 03 years post-qualification experience in architectural design
• Assistant Manager Engineering Works: Minimum 03 years post-qualification experience
• Visual Artist: Minimum 07 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Sub Engineer (Civil): Minimum 05 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Assistant Finance: Minimum 02 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Assistant Contracts & Procurement: Minimum 02 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Surveyor: Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience

Salary & Benefits

Salary will be offered as per NPF's PPS pay scale structure for each respective position, commensurate with qualification and experience on a contract basis.

Selection Process

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in NHA, CDA, Pak PWD, NESPAK, FWO, WAPDA, C&W Departments, or Government/Public/Semi-Government organizations.

Important Instructions

• Appointments shall be made purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable by 01 year at a time.
• No applications submitted by hand, courier, or any other channel shall be entertained; all documents/photos/forms must be submitted in hard form until the interview stage.
• Cut-off date for age calculation is the closing date, i.e., 05-10-2026.
• Each applicant must pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000/- per application/post.
