About the Organization

The Pakistan Army is the land warfare branch of the Pakistan Armed Forces, dedicated to national defense and service to the country. This recruitment drive, conducted by the Personnel Administration Directorate, invites capable Pakistani citizens to join as Junior Commissioned Officers and soldiers in various trades.

Available Vacancies

Multiple vacancies are available for the following posts:

• Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Khateeb)
• Sipahi Clerk (Azad Kashmir Domicile - C Grade), restricted to candidates from Balochistan, KPK, and newly merged districts/Malakand domicile
• Sipahi Tank (Azad Kashmir Domicile) - preference for computer educated candidates
• Sentry (Centry) - preference for higher educated candidates

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be Pakistani nationals, unmarried or married as per post requirements, and physically and medically fit. Candidates should possess a National Identity Card, domicile certificate, and educational documents as per the requirement of the post applied for.

Education Requirements

• Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Khateeb): Dars-e-Nizami certified from a recognized Wifaq-ul-Madaris along with qualifying the Bait/religious examination
• Sipahi Clerk: Graduate/Degree holder preferred as per quota domicile requirement
• Sipahi Tank: Matric complete, computer education preferred
• Sentry: Matric, higher education preferred for better selection chances

Experience Requirements

No prior work experience is required. Fresh and eligible candidates meeting the age, height, and educational criteria are encouraged to apply.

Age Limit

• Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Khateeb): 20-28 Years as of 24-11-2026 (married candidates eligible up to 35 years with relaxation)
• Sipahi Trades: 17-23 Years as of 24-11-2026
• Sentry: 17-35 Years as of 24-11-2026

Special age relaxation is available for candidates already having higher education, and for war widows/families of martyrs, and for candidates from Balochistan and newly merged districts.

Salary & Benefits

All posts are Pensionable Government jobs offering permanent employment benefits, salary As Per Policy of Pakistan Army pay scales.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official website www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk.
2. Register online between 01 September 2026 and 23 November 2026.
3. Candidates applying for Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Khateeb) must complete registration and submit application forms at the nearest Army Recruitment and Selection Centre.
4. Recruitment and Selection Centres are located in Quetta, Zhob, Khuzdar, Loralai, Sibi, DI Khan, Peshawar, Abbottabad, Bannu, Karachi, and Hyderabad among others.
5. Candidates must appear in person at the recruitment center along with original documents between 01 September and 23 November 2026.

• Original domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)
• Attested educational certificates and mark sheets
• Character certificate
• Passport size photographs

Selection Process

Candidates will undergo a physical test, medical examination, written/academic test, and interview at the recruitment and selection center. Height and physical standards vary by trade, ranging from 160cm to 173cm.

Important Instructions

• Registration is mandatory before appearing at the recruitment center; online (on-spot) registration is not allowed after the deadline.
• All required original documents must be produced at the time of test/interview.
