• Assistant Director (Training & OAT): Minimum 16 years education in Education Planning HRM, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field

Experience Requirements

• Director (HR & Admin, Partnership & Collaboration, Academics & Research, Monitoring & Evaluation): At least ten (10) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization
• Chief Audit Officer: At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in internal audit, risk management, and compliance
• Assistant Director (Training & OAT): At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience

Age Limit

Age limits vary by post: Director positions 35-55 years, Chief Audit Officer 30-45 years, and Assistant Director (Training & OAT) 25-35 years.

Salary & Benefits

• Director positions: Lumpsum Rs. 750,000/- per month
• Chief Audit Officer: Lumpsum Rs. 350,000/- per month
