• Environment & Social Specialist: B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Sciences from a PEC recognized university or institute.
• Admin & Finance Specialist: Master in Business / Finance, ACCA / CA Inter etc. or equivalent.
• Mechanical Specialist: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from PEC.
• Electrical Specialist: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from PEC.
• Internal Auditor: CA (Inter) / ACCA / CMA (Inter), or 16 years of education with a degree in Finance / Auditing / Accounting / Commerce or a relevant discipline.
• Sub Engineer: DAE in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical, depending on the post.
• CAD/GIS Operator: Associate's Degree in GIS, Geography, CAD, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Project Director: minimum 15 years of professional experience in public health engineering, sewerage or wastewater treatment plants. Experience with international funding agencies or banks is preferred.
• Infrastructure Specialist: minimum 11 years of experience in public health engineering.
• Procurement & Contracts Specialist: minimum 12 years of procurement / contract management experience in the public sector. Experience with foreign funded and mega projects and with FIDIC based contracts is required.
• Environment & Social Specialist: minimum 12 years of experience in sanitation, public health or environment. Experience with environmental and social safeguards of projects financed by international funding agencies or banks is required.
• Admin & Finance, Mechanical and Electrical Specialists: minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Internal Auditor: minimum 12 years of experience in the public or private sector, including 6 years in internal audit, internal controls, risk assessment and fiduciary control.
• Sub Engineer: minimum 7 years of experience, with a significant portion on water and sanitation projects.
• CAD/GIS Operator: minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.

Age Limit

• Project Director: up to 62 years
• PPS-11, PPS-10 and PPS-9 posts: up to 55 years
• Sub Engineer: up to 45 years
• CAD/GIS Operator: up to 40 years
• Age is calculated from the date of birth in the Matriculation / O-Levels Equivalence Certificate and is reckoned as of the closing date for receipt of applications.
• If the secondary school certificate has no date of birth, age is calculated from the CNIC / Birth Certificate.
