• Director, Promotion & Marketing: Master's in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), International Business, or Mass Communications
• Director, Investment Promotion/Global Regions: Master's in Finance, International Business, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA)
• Director, Investor Facilitation: Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Public Policy, Public Administration, Finance, or Law
• Director, Aftercare and Expansion: Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Development, Engineering, International Business, or Public Policy
• Director, Research and Policy: PhD or Master's in Economics, MBA, Finance, Accounting, or Development Economics
• Director, Sectors and Technical Advisory: Master's in Engineering related Disciplines, Economics, Development, or Business Administration (MBA)
• General Manager, SEZA: Master's in Civil/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Public Policy, or Real Estate Development

Experience Requirements

• Director, Promotion & Marketing: Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in investment promotion, communications, or corporate marketing
• Director, Investment Promotion/Global Regions: Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in international business development, fund raising, private equity, or investment attraction
• Director, Investor Facilitation: Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in investor facilitation, regulatory affairs, or one-window operations
• Director, Aftercare and Expansion: Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in investor aftercare, business development, or investment attraction
• Director, Research and Policy: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience for PhD, or 15 years for Master's degree, in economic and business research, policy analysis, or investment climate advisory
• Director, Sectors and Technical Advisory: Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in sector-focused investment advisory, technical assessments, or industrial policy
• General Manager, SEZA: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in SEZ management, industrial estate development, or infrastructure planning
• General Manager, Support Services: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in a senior leadership role across HR, Accounting, Finance, IT, or Administration functions
