Eligibility Criteria

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

Technical Assistant requires 3 years post-qualification experience. Stenotypist requires a minimum shorthand speed of 80 wpm and typing speed of 40 wpm. Constable Drivers require capability of driving cars and light vehicles along with a valid motorcycle and LTV license.

Age Limit

The age limit for all posts is 18-25 Years. Age relaxation shall be admissible as per government rules, including general age relaxation of 5 years under the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limits) Rules 1993.

Salary & Benefits

Salaries are as per the respective Basic Pay Scale (BPS) ranging from BS-05 to BS-14, in accordance with Government of Pakistan pay policy.

Selection Process

Applicants for Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Constable, and Constable Driver posts must first undergo an Endurance Test consisting of a one mile (1.6 km) run, with a qualifying time of 7 minutes for male and 10 minutes for female candidates, along with Physical Measurements of height and chest.

Only applicants who qualify the Physical Measurements and Endurance Test will be allowed to appear for the Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by Skill Tests and Interview where applicable. No TA/DA will be admissible for any stage of testing.

Important Instructions

• No applications submitted by hand, courier, or any channel other than the online portal shall be entertained.
• Candidates must possess the requisite qualifications and be within the age limit as on 07 September 2026.
• No relaxation will be allowed in lower age limit, physical standards, or endurance test.

• Technical Assistant (BPS-14) and UDC (BPS-11) appointees must qualify the mandatory IT Training course of NITB before completion of probation.
• Candidates found medically unfit by the authorized civil surgeon shall be disqualified from the recruitment process.
• Provision of false information is a criminal offense under Sections 420/468/471 of the Pakistan Penal Code, punishable by up to 7 years in prison. NCCIA maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent documentation.
