Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess a minimum of 16 years of education in a relevant field along with internationally recognized cybersecurity certifications. Age relaxation will be given as per policy, and females and transgender persons are especially encouraged to apply.

Education Requirements

Minimum 16 years of education in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Cyber Security discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Higher qualifications in related disciplines will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

Deputy Director positions require at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, while Assistant Director positions require at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in the respective specialized domains, along with relevant internationally recognized certifications such as CISA, OSCP, CEH, CISSP, GCFA, CySA+, and others depending on the role.

Age Limit

Age bracket is 25-40 Years for Deputy Director positions and 24-34 Years for Assistant Director positions. Age relaxation will be given as per Government Policy.

Salary & Benefits

Deputy Director positions offer a salary package of PKR 241,000 plus a technical expert incentive allowance of PKR 150,000. Assistant Director positions offer a salary package of PKR 149,500 plus a technical expert incentive allowance of PKR 100,000.
