- Additional Director (Finance): At least 8 years post-qualification experience at leadership and management level in a large/medium organization, or at least 10 years at leadership and management level, in financial management, fund management, analysis of financial statements and financial reporting.
- Both roles require good presentation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and computerized accounting software.
Age Limit
- Director (Finance): 50 Years Maximum
- Additional Director (Finance): 48 Years Maximum
Age relaxation as per Government policies is already included in the age mentioned against all posts.
Salary & Benefits
- Director (Finance): Salary starting from Rs. 392,500
- Additional Director (Finance): Salary starting from Rs. 287,500
The appointment will be on contract basis for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Competitive market-based salary and other benefits are offered. However, in case of a Government servant, salary will be fixed as per prevalent Government policy.
